By 2008, an office was opened on Oahu, and they began handling Air Freight and Ocean Freight for their clients throughout Hawaii.
They offer a variety of transportation services from Air and Ocean Freight to Storage and Warehousing, as well as Pick Up & Delivery, Special Projects, and White Glove Service.
No cargo is too big or too small, they ship it all.

Freight Forwarding Sales Executive - Hawaii Import / Export Freight
You will work closely with our sales client’s and customer service team to identify potential customers, discover customer pain points, and transition customer to our
client’s company for their shipping needs. You’ll accelerate go-to-market through high-activity outreach and personalized messaging to promote awareness and discover qualified customers and opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to all inbound leads.
- Prospect and proactively develop new qualified customers.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in CRM for members of the sales team.
- Work closely with the executive team to accelerate the sales cycle for primary accounts and extend reach into target accounts.
- Understand offerings and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to a prospect's needs.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Issue quotes for members of the sales team and working towards quoting on your own.
- Ensure smooth execution of the whole shipment lifecycle by working closely with customers and internal support groups to achieve customer satisfaction goals through proactive and or reactive resolution handling and Issue resolution ownership.
Experience :
- Experience with Air and Ocean Freight is preferred along with offshore markets but not required.
- A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and an absolute focus on quality of work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make a connection with contacts from various backgrounds.
- Eager to grow with our client’s business- there is no limit to your growth at our client’s company.
- Strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
