We areseeking a detailoriented and organized Work From Home SchedulingAssistant to join our Hospitality team. As a key member of thescheduling department you will be responsible for coordinating andmanaging appointments meetings and events for our clients.

Responsibilities :
- Manageand update schedules for clients ensuring accuracy andefficiency
- Coordinate appointments and meetingswith clients and team members
- Communicatescheduling changes and updates to all relevantparties
- Assist in resolving schedulingconflicts and issues
- Provide administrativesupport to the scheduling manager asneeded
Qualifications :
- Provenexperience in scheduling or administrativeroles
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Strong attention to detailand accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officeand scheduling software
- Ability to workindependently and prioritize taskseffectively
