Join Our Team as an Auto Glass Technician!
Fremont Auto Glass is looking for a Glass Technician to join our team in Casper, Wyoming. In this role, you’ll be responsible for repairing and replacing automotive glass, including windshields, back glass, and side windows.
We’re seeking someone who is skilled, dedicated, and committed to providing top-notch customer service. This full-time position offers a base salary plus commission, with growth opportunities in a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities :
- Glass Repairs & Replacements : Perform automotive glass repairs and replacements using industry-standard techniques and materials.
- Safety : Adhere to safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Customer Service : Communicate effectively with clients, address their needs and questions, and ensure their satisfaction with completed work.
- Record Keeping : Maintain detailed records of repairs and replacements, including materials used and work performed, for accurate billing and inventory control.
- Work Area Maintenance : Keep the work area, including equipment and tools, clean and organized, and dispose of waste materials properly.
- Continuous Learning : Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in glass repair and replacement techniques.
Requirements :
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year in automotive glass repair and replacement
- Skills : Strong attention to detail, safety adherence, excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical Ability : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, stooping, and kneeling
- License : Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Work Environment : Ability to work independently and as part of a team
