Job Description :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical / surgical unit.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, post-discharge care, and ongoing support needs.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities.
