Senior Program Manager, Marketing Technology

Job Description

What you get to do in this role :

This role will provide project planning and project implementation services for business enablement solutions while adhering to PMO processes, policies, and guidelines.

Develop detailed program / project execution plan, including development and implementation of effective communication strategy.

Manage some implementation processes including progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, testing, release to production and delivery within budget constraints

Evaluate and proactively communicate project updates, status, issues, and risks to all project stakeholders. Be the single point of contact for all communication.

Document biweekly status reports, meeting minutes, and conduct regularly scheduled budget reviews

Adjust project plans and tasks to ensure integration based on cross-project, resource, and schedule dependencies.

Exercises independent judgment to manage and drive project issue process, including resolution.

Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have :

8+ years of hands-on project management experience

Build and manage governance models

Demonstrated high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

Ability to consistently deliver business transformation programs in a fast paced and dynamic environment, across multiple technology partners.

Hands on experience in developing, managing, and implementing strategic communication programs across multiple areas

Work with teams across the wider support organization to define requirements, document workflows, processes, identify gaps, make improvement recommendations, drive consensus, and facilitate change.

Excellent communicator both verbally and written with an ability to communicate at all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).

Demonstrated skills in collaborating, persuading, influencing, and negotiating

Ability to self-motivate, adapt, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and quality

Self-motivated problem-solver, capable of building and maintaining complex capacity and budget models.
