What you can expect
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the PGIM ETF’s working closely with the ETF Capital Market and Portfolio Management Teams on resolving inquiries on NAV’s, basket generation, creation / redemption orders, dividend distributions and yields
Assisting with developing new ETF products and partnering within the organization on new ETF product launches and initiatives
Assisting with oversight of the ETF’s Fund Administrator on fund accounting and custody operations
Responsible for oversight of certain ETF financial and regulatory reporting
SEC filings and assisting with annual ETF audits
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA preferred
3-5 years of ETF and mutual funds experience required with a strong background in the ETF landscape and operations
Strong knowledge of equity, fixed income and derivative instruments
Solid understanding of the Investment Company ACT of 1940, US GAAP accounting and SEC reporting requirements
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze opportunities / issues and to recommend business solutions
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
