In-House Counsel (Corporate Counsel)
Location : Commerce Township, Michigan preferred; open to Miami, Florida candidates
Salary : $145,000-$175,000 + Bonus Eligible

Our client is a multi-brand restaurant group searching for an In-house Counsel to partner with business leaders and Human Resources to provide quality, accurate, and relevant advice on legal matters.
The In-House Counsel will not represent the client in any court case but will work in with the outside counsel.
In-House Counsel Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Bar membership in good standing
- 10+ years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Experience in business / contract law required
- Contract management experience is required
- Prior experience working in the retail or restaurant industries, preferred
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) preferred
