We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation attorneys in all phases of case preparation and management.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys in case preparation, including conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are filed and updated in compliance with court rules and firm procedures.
- Prepare and manage discovery documents, including document production and review.
- Coordinate and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, including the preparation of trial binders and exhibits.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and coordinate schedules.
- Maintain case calendars, tracking deadlines and ensuring timely filing of documents.
- Conduct factual research and summarize findings for attorney review.
- Assist with the preparation of case budgets and tracking litigation expenses.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certificate preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting.
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal terminology.
- Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with case management software a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
