2 years of ICU experience EXCLUDING travel experience is most preferred,BLS,ACLS,NIHS,TNCC,Experience with IV medications (vasopressors, sedation, paralytics), hemodynamic lines, proning, ventilator management, telemetry, strong critical thinking and assessment skills, working well in team setting, comfortable in fast pace setting with all critical patients.
Impella, IABP and CRRT strongly preferred
