About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical Job Specialty : Medical / Surgical Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 07 : 00 AM - 07 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : To be discussed upon interview Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a similar role License : Registered Nurse License Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have : Relevant experience in a medical / surgical setting Job Description : Provide high-quality care to patients in the medical / surgical unit.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and changes in condition.- Educate patients and families about ongoing care and medical procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding toward patients' needs and concerns.- Participate in continuous training and professional development activities.
