The Role
- Utilize expertise in roofing materials, labor costs, and market trends to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand the scope, materials, and labor requirements for commercial roofing projects.
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing for materials and services.
Role Requirements
- Experience estimating on commercial re-roof projects
- Previously used EDGE software
