Position Summary
Performs physical therapy treatments for patients referred to department. Conducts patient evaluation, performs documentation of patient progress, treatment planning and completes discharge functions.

Required :
Possess minimum of 5 years formal education and Bachelor / Master Degree / Doctorate in accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licensure in State of Michigan required.Trained and educated in age-specific categories being served : infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
Capable of spending 10-25% of time lifting, carrying, moving items weighing 25 pounds or more.Ability to effectively communicate and present self to people in courteous, tactful and poised manner.
