Locum - Physician - Physiatry (PM&R) Bay City MI
McLaren Medical Group - Bay Region seeks a Locum PM&R physician to provide coverage from Dec 23-31, 2024!!
JOB DETAILS :
Reason for Locum Coverage : Vacation
Patients per day : 10-20
Staff Support : This is a 20-bed inpatient rehab unit. The physician will cover face to face visits, admissions, discharges, IPOCs, and lead Team Conference.
Current EHR : CERNER
Procedures / Skills required :
Physiatrist, PAPE / H & P, TBI, Stroke, Amputations, Clinical Staffing / Care Plan Meetings, Pre-Admission Screening Review & Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics
Expenses :
Car, fuel, mileage, hotel is a BR cap (including taxes)
Does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
Malpractice must be included in rates
Orientation rate is 1 / 2 the hourly rate
Rates to Submit :
Orientation - 1 / 2 of hourly rate for orientation and training
On call Daily -24hrs - to include 9 hours of patient contact and night call
Holiday On call Daily- 24hrs - to include 9 hours of patient contact and night call when working on a holiday
Weekend call - per 24 hours of call Sat and Sun to include 4 hours gratis
Call back - after 9 hours of patient contact (inpatient coverage)
Holiday Call back - after 9 hours of patient contact (inpatient coverage) when working a holiday
Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in / out using Kronos - no timesheets will be approved
Requirement description : ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
- Board Certified (No BE) - Required
- MI License - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
- BLS - Required
- Provider must be local - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- Must have clean background for quick credentialing - REQUIRED no exceptions
- Please submit rates at time of name clear - Required, will not send to client without rates
- Must be available for above dates - Required
