Job Summary :
As the Catering Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests by coordinating and managing catering events from start to finish.
Your attention to detail, ability to communicate with clients, and leadership will help ensure that every event is flawlessly executed.
Whether it’s a small corporate meeting or a large-scale celebration, your focus will be on providing the highest level of service while managing logistics, budget, and the guest experience.
What You’ll Do :
- Meet with clients to understand their catering needs, offer suggestions, and help them customize their events.
- Develop event proposals, including menu selection, room layout, and other logistics.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure that all food and beverage arrangements are properly executed.
- Manage event staff, including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Monitor event budgets, adjust plans as necessary to ensure profitability.
- Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and scheduling for catering events.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during events, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance catering services.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
What You Bring :
- Experience in hospitality or event management, with a focus on catering.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable events.
