At our Cascades plant in Piscataway, NJ you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Production Supervisor :
Operational Excellence Oversight :
- Meeting production and quality standards.
- Managing non-standard products, workforce planning, and compliance.
- Coordinating training, OHS audits, and continuous improvements.
Compliance and Safety Management :
- Ensuring process compliance and overseeing safety audits.
- Addressing target shortfalls, coordinating action plans.
- Supporting problem-solving and system management.
Efficiency and System Oversight :
Coordinating follow-up meetings and continuous improvements in a unionized environment. Assisting in product sequencing and resolving system anomalies.

You too, will put forward your strengths :
Rotating Day & Afternoon Shift Position but should be flexible to periodically cover Overnight shift, per business needs.
Leadership & Skills :
- Extensive manufacturing supervision with lean knowledge.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Leadership role in a Unionized environment.
- 5-10 years of experience in a Leadership role will be considered in lieu of Union experience.
- Corrugated paper industry experience is preferred.
- Effective problem-solving, strong listening, and multi-tasking.
- Cultivates safety culture, decisive with tech proficiency.
Collaboration & Proficiency :
- Prioritizes tasks in fast-paced settings.
- Courageous decision-making, adept with tech tools.
- Inspires teamwork, familiar with SAP / ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
