Job Title : Project Manager

Contract : 6 months with the potential for extension
Job Overview :
We are hiring two Senior Project Managers to support our team with the setup and implementation of a new Radiology Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACs) and manage other related projects within Radiology and Pathology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and Organize : Develop project timelines, budgets, and overall project plans.
- Lead the Team : Build and guide the project team, ensuring all team members know their roles and tasks.
- Track Progress : Keep an eye on timelines, costs, and resources. Make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
- Stakeholder Communication : Regularly update all involved parties on progress and address any concerns.
- Manage Issues and Risks : Quickly identify any problems or risks and bring them to management's attention.
- Vendor Coordination : Work with external vendors to ensure they meet project needs and deadlines.
Deliverables :
- Successfully setting up the new PACs system.
- Migrating all old data to the new system.
- Ensuring the system integrates well with Epic software.
Tools and Technologies :
Software : Project Management tools (like MS Project), SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Zoom, and the full MS Office Suite.
Preferred Methodology :
Waterfall Approach : Structured project management with clear phases.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in project management in healthcare settings.
- Certification (PMP, Master Certificate in Project Management, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma).
- Skilled in planning and leading large projects, improving workflows, and working independently.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
