Our client is a beauty industry leader that is looking for a well-experienced VP of Marketing with a strong digital marketing professional background to relocate to their southern Florida office.

VP Of Marketing Requirements
- Ability and desire to work ON SITE (not remote or hybrid) in Southern Florida
- CPG marketing experience within the last two years, marketing a physical product DTC that is not an established / household brand
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience heavily focused on customer acquisition, ideally in an e-commerce, digital-first brand in a significant growth stage including revenues from $50- $150MM in annual revenue
- Experience managing a marketing team responsible for over $1MM / month ad spend on Meta for one brand
- Expertise in Excel (SQL is a plus). Comfortable working with large datasets and have an in-depth understanding of statistical analysis
- Experience and passionate opinions about attribution model fit’ (MMM, MCA, etc.)
- Managing marketing budget and evaluate the performance
