Likewize is searching for an IT Finance Lead to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX. In this role you will work with the OCIO Team to perform the responsibilities of IT Finance related to the review, analysis, reconciliation, and maintenance of Capital and SG&A accounts.
The role is also responsible for the analysis of IT spend accounts consolidated in Hyperion from our Global entities related to IT Spend, calculation of IT allocations to Global entities and provides support to departmental projects, OPEX and CAPEX budgeting and forecasting, review of IT Contracts and Vendor Management, oversight of the IT Portfolio Project Management system and other ad-hoc requests working with their Team onshore and offshore.
The individual will directly communicate with various Corporate ad Country Leaders, as well as the groups within IT such as the Global IT Operations team, in the performance of review, analysis, reconciliation, and maintenance of Capital and SG&A account responsibilities.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Assist in maintaining IT operating and IT capital budgets totaling approximately $XM, including budgeting and forecasting for Corporate IT Departments.
Reported contractor activity for any missing work hours or invoices and prepare month-end accrual. Investigate missing invoices or billing discrepancies.
Consultant and fixed-fee managed service contract activity and accrue professional fees incurred at month-end. Investigate missing invoices or billing discrepancies.
Review various cloud hosting usage reports as well as T&E reports and prepare accrual for expenses incurred.
Determine allocations of costs from Central IT function to country-specific Lines of Business on monthly basis.
Manage the Purchase Order (PO) process and prepare accrual for any expenses incurred.
Advise on any accruals on a Monthly or Year End Basis such as from Accounts Payable after cutoff and accrue for any expenses incurred but not captured in the other IT Finance accruals.
Work with the Corporate Tax and Technical Accounting departments on accounting treatment of IT spend.
Prepare the monthly IT reporting package for CIO review and present alongside CIO at CEO Monthly Meetings.
Assist in monthly SG&A and CAPEX variance analysis against budget and forecast for IT corporate departments and prepare resulting entries.
Assist in monthly review, maintenance, and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts including accrued expenses and IT prepaid expenses (e.
g. hardware maintenance contracts, software subscriptions, cloud-based hosting, or professional services).
Assist in the Spend Request process to ensure proper accounting for IT hardware, internally developed software, SaaS configuration, recurring operational costs, or other project-related costs.
Reconcile and review balance sheet accounts related to SaaS and prepare monthly amortization entries.
Reconcile, review, and prepare fixed asset transfer entries for IT hardware purchases, internally developed software, and configured purchased software.
Prepare quarterly and annual work-papers and reconciliations for internal and external auditors.
Maintain proper documentation for processes pertaining to position.
Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of special projects undertaken by IT Finance.

Mandatory Qualifications :
Degree in Accounting or similar qualification
3+ years experience in Finance
2+ years in IT related Finance
Strong accounting skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
