Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Assessing patients' needs and developing treatment plans
- Providing counseling, support, and education to patients
- Collaborating with other professionals and adhering to ethical guidelines
- Continuing education and ongoing professional development
Education & Experience :
- Master's Degree in related field, in-training or fully licensed
- Working knowledge of therapeutic intervention techniques for all age groups
Required on-the-job Training :
- American Heart Association CPR certification and other relevant trainings
- Compliance with regulatory requirements
- Required licenses and driver's license for certain programs
