A day in the life.
As our Producer Development Manager on the Sales Management team, you’ll recruit, develop and manage entry level insurance producers with the goal of validation.
You will create and deliver challenging goals, conduct performance reviews to gauge educational development and foster high levels of sales performance through candid feedback and coaching.
You will also collaborate with niche focused Senior Producers, Sales, Businesses Insurance and Employee Health & Benefits Leadership to provide mentorship and training to further understand and leverage our sales and service efficiencies.
You will work closely with the Division President(s) and SVP Producer Development to ensure alignment across regions. In summer months, you will also oversee the Sales Interns.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :
- 5+ years Sales management / office leadership and / or Production in the Commercial Insurance industry. (Brokerage preferred)
- Understand our financial metrics, performance, and the impact business decisions have on the P&L.
- Strong client experience skills with a proven record of successfully developing and implementing business development and client retention programs.
- Ability to travel (30-40%).
