We’re looking for a Staff Recruiter to join the People Team! Please note this is a 9 month fixed term position.

What you’ll do :

Work alongside a small but dedicated team to find kind, smart and creative talent to advance our business objectives

Creatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent across the Go-to-Market business functions

Partner with business stakeholders to execute their hiring needs and recruit for key roles

Collaborate with Talent leadership, HR Business Partners and other cross-functional teams to drive our talent strategy

Define and measure success through data-driven hiring metrics and goals

Craft and execute inclusive sourcing tactics and techniques to identify and engage the very best talent

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Experience recruiting for a diverse set of roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions

Demonstrated ability influencing hiring partners and key stakeholders

Experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of : hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rate

Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and recruiting the very best

Experience mentoring junior teammates

A sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalized approach

Well networked with a deep talent network of diverse talent

Ability to work with, and influence, multiple facets of the organization (i.e. across function, level, location, etc.) and tailor communication based on the audience

Outstanding interpersonal skills, and extraordinary attention to detail and follow-through

Stellar organizational skills, working with a sound sense of urgency and possessing the ability to quickly prioritize various top priorities

Ability to think operationally and develop processes for efficiency

Broad understanding of general HR requirements

Embodiment of Snap’s values of Kind, Smart, and Creative in all that you do and everyone you interact with

Minimum Qualifications :

BS / BA degree or equivalent years of experience

5+ years of recruiting or relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications :

2+ years experience partnering with executives and management within technical functions

4+ years experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software (ideally with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a CRM)

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually.

The base salary range for this position is $131,000-$197,000 annually.

The base salary range for this position is $117,000-$176,000 annually.
