previous travel experience or over 5 years in a large emergency department without travel experience License : Registered Nurse Certifications : - BLS (Basic Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - NIH Certification - MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) Must-Have : Required certifications and a willingness to float within skill set or to locations within a 40-mile radius if needed Job Description : - Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting - Work every other weekend and holiday as needed - Demonstrate clinical expertise in an emergency department environment - Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes - Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff - Implement effective communication with patients, families, and medical teams - Adhere to all protocols and policies to comply with clinical standards
