Responsibilities :
Respond to U.S. office actions with the USPTO
Conduct prior art and freedomtooperate searches for patentabilityand freedomtooperate analysis
Draft highqualityU.S. patent applications
Be an integral memberof the team and invest in attorneys with both mentorship andprofessionalgrowth
Qualifications :
Ideal candidates will have a Biologyrelated PhD
Must be eligible for USPTO admissions
Superioracademic credentials required
Outstandingwriting ability is required
2 years of top lawfirm patent prosecution experience in a broad range of biologyapplications which may include molecular and cellular biologyGenetics and / orImmunology.
Anticipated Base SalaryRange
The anticipated base salaryrange is $per year. Actual salary will depend on several factorsincluding but not limited to specific qualifications jobrelatedskills and relevantexperience.
