The project contract manager supports activities associated with the development, implementation and administration of all contracts associated with the company’s renewables operations and engineering division.
Job duties include the negotiation, peer review, coordination with the legal department, business unit review, document retention, contract notices and notice responses, and reporting for contracts associated with operations and maintenance of renewable assets.
The project contract manager also takes a lead role in coordinating and participating in major cost and process improvement initiatives and projects, and provides technical support in managing the business unit's financial performance.
