IT Manager / IT Support Leader - 1st / 2nd / 3rd Line Support, O365, Solarwinds, ITIL, Active Directory
Xpertise have partnered with a leading UK organisation who are experiencing unprecedented growth. We are urgently looking for an IT Manager / IT Support Leader - (1st / 2nd / 3rd Line Support, O365, Solarwinds, ITIL, Active Directory) for an asap start.
Candidates will have the following skills and experience :
- Proven experience across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support environments
- Proven experience as a hands-on IT Manager / IT Support leader with a real passion for technology
- Proven experience with desktop / laptop builds
- Proven networking experience
- A strong working knowledge of Solarwinds
- A strong working knowledge of O365
- Experience in Active Directory administration
- Experience supporting circa 200-300 users
- Good database administration experience
- Experience of ITIL environments
