Job Description
Salary Range : $105,050 to $131,300 per year.
The Occupational Health Nurse Manager is expected to maintain required certifications along with knowledge, skills, and expertise through professional development activities.

- Workers’ Compensation case management and cost containment
- Support Return-to-Work Programs
- New hire orientation
- Ergonomics
- Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist
- First Aid / AED / CPR certified
- Wellness initiatives which include Flu and Covid vaccination clinics, blood drives, blood pressure and diabetic management counseling, and our monthly informational wellness boards.
- Team approach with the Safety Department
- Promote federal, state and local mandates for Covid compliance and participate in the Covid team meetings, contact tracing, close contact tracking and Return-to-Work assessments
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Comply with the Blood Borne Pathogens Program
- Deliver acute onsite injury / illness management
- Work closely with HR, Safety, superintendents, supervisors, and line leaders to promote a healthy, safe, effective, and sustainable workforce.
Qualifications
- Preferred : Wound care experience, employee health experience, knowledge of OSHA
- Preferred Registered Nurse
