Location : Our office is on Pittsburgh’s North Shore across from PNC Park. This is a hybrid role that requires onsite work in Pittsburgh 2 days per week on average.
Candidates will only be considered if they are local or willing to relocate. Skills and responsibilities : Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and other requirements artifacts Facilitate requirement meetings, team standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other internal meetings Apply domain knowledge of ERPs, HRIS, and enterprise accounting systems, including an understanding of best practices for data governance and stewardship within and across these systems.
Work with engineering to understand technical capabilities, constraints, risks, and effort Assist with running the Azure DevOps board to keep tickets in flow, decisions documented, ambiguity clarified, and issues resolved Recommend process improvements to improve flow, increase efficiencies, and improve quality Monitor team progress, mitigate risks, and escalate issues Other expectations : Bachelor's degree in computer science, robotics engineering, electrical engineering, or related field Reliably functions as an individual contributor to break down, define, estimate, design, and complete stories with minimal technical oversight as a member of a team Experience operating in all areas of the application lifecycle from inception through maintenance Delivers quality solutions to clients, closely adhering to accepted definitions of done and operating with an attitude of excellence Takes ownership of their responsibilities and demonstrates integrity, work ethic, professionalism, and diversity in working with others Participates in company activities, such as recruiting, training, and team building.
