Job Requirements :
Performs various customer care activities and related services in the patient care area, receptionist and secretarial duties, and patient care tasks.
Must be willing to cross train and float to meet the needs of the facility. Recognizes the signs and symptoms of stroke and calling a stroke alert overhead.
Verbalizes stroke alert process. Provides care for stroke patients on the unit. Maintains currency in stroke knowledge by completing the annual 1 hour online training.

Qualifications
- High school graduate including ability to read, write, and have working knowledge of medical terminology
- Completion of formal training program for Certified Nursing Assistants; possesses state CNA Certification
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Possesses good communication skills in order to relate to customers
- Computer skills, order entry and ADT function
