Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Food and Beverage to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, a keen eye for detail, and a strong track record in managing high-end food and beverage operations.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage services, ensuring that every guest experiences our commitment to quality and elegance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring a world-class guest experience aligned with the venue's luxury standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts, menus, and offerings tailored to a diverse clientele and various event types.
  • Oversee and manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance to achieve revenue and profit goals.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control across all areas of service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented food and beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and customer-centricity.
  • Collaborate with the Events team to create seamless and memorable experiences for clients, ensuring consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality product sourcing and cost efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep the food and beverage offerings fresh, innovative, and competitive.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end event venue.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events, catering operations, and fine dining experiences.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost control, and profitability.
  • Passion for food and beverage innovation and delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of local and international culinary trends, wine, and beverage programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
