Job Title : Production Supervisor
Job Type : Full-time / Direct Hire / On-Site
Hours : 3rd shift
Pay : $75,000 - $80,000

As their Production Supervisor, here is what you will be focused on :
- Schedules production and qualifications for their departments, designing the schedule based on demand, constraints, capabilities, etc.
- Verifies / monitors job documentation and processes meet validated standards and FDA compliance
- Responsible for changeover improvement plans, performance tracking.
- Performance management of team members to include policy deployment, scheduling, safety compliance, training and development.
- Accountable for business metrics including safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Support lean initiatives and workshops on the plant floor.
- Conduct quality audits
We're looking for skilled production leaders with the following background profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- 3-5 prior leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledgeable with MRP / ERP systems and MS Office
- Understand regulated industries (Ex. FDA, FAA, ISO)
- Prior experience with medical device manufacturing a HUGE plus!
