Job Details
- Shift : 3x12s Days / Nights mix with every 3rd weekend - Minimum 36 hours per week
- Will need to float to like units during low census needs
- Scrub Color : Black
- Charting : Epic
- Patient Diagnoses : Stroke, SCI, TBI, Amputee, debility, multiple fractures
Job Requirements
- 1 year Rehab experience
- Will consider 1st timers with 2+ years of Rehab RN experience
- Care tools and CMS IRF documentation experience
- NO LOCALS - traveler must be 50+ miles away from the facility
