Registered Nurse (RN) - Endoscopy, Per Diem

OverviewWork in a fast paced team oriented environment in our Endoscopy suite. Day time hours, no weekends or holidays. Duties will include pre-procedure assessment, placement of IV, and post procedure care.

ACLs and IV skills needed, but will train during orientation.ResponsibilitiesPractitionerUtilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.

Utilizes critical thinking and the nursing process to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, taking action to modify the plan of care or to elevate to the care team as necessary.

Performs other duties as required or assigned.QualificationsGraduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience.

Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience.Required Licensure / CertificationsLicensed Registered Nurse with NH eligibilityBasic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required upon hire and as applicable, higher level per unit certification requirements as stated on the grid attached to the AHA and Life Support PolicyACLS Certificate required upon hire in Endoscopy, Tele-ICU, Day Surgery Center at CGP (Manchester), Life Safety and Cardiology-EchocardiographyArea of Interest : Nursing;
