Position Overview :
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavior Specialist for the upcoming school year.
This full-time, onsite position will be with one of our partnered school districts in the Pottstown, PAarea. The district will provide a centralized office to work from, with travel to schools within the district required to work with your assigned caseload!
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a BCBA / Behavior Specialist across all campuses.
- Provide behavior analysis services, including conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support the behavioral needs of Middle and High School Students
- Offer training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of behavioral data and interventions.
Requirements :
- Active BCBA license / certification in Pennsyvania or a masters level degree in behavior analysis / ABA.
- Proven experience in a school-based setting or with similar caseloads is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and families.
Compensation :
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $45+ an hour, based on experience and qualifications.
