Revenue Accounting Manager

Description

INRIX is seeking a highly motivated Revenue Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. As a global leader in connected car services and movement analytics, we're committed to leveraging data and technology to improve urban mobility in over 65 countries. Responsibilities :

• Revenue Recognition : Analyze customer contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Auditing : Conduct regular audits of sales orders for compliance with revenue recognition policies.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports related to revenue and cost of goods sold.
• Contract Analysis : Review contracts to identify revenue elements and ensure proper billing and measurement.
• Process Improvement : Drive continuous process improvements within the revenue accounting function.
• Collaboration : Work closely with sales operations, finance, and other teams to ensure accurate bookings and billings.
• Technical Accounting : Collaborate with the Controller on technical accounting matters related to revenue recognition.
• Audit Support : Engage with external auditors to provide necessary information and documentation.
• Ad-hoc Analysis : Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed to support revenue accounting operations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in revenue accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606
• Experience with accounting systems (Workday and Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

The compensation range for this role is $120,000-$150,000 including base and bonus. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
