Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a passionate BBQ Cutter to join Rudy’s Country Store & Bar-B-Q in San Antonio. As a Cutter, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our quality expectations and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

This position requires expertise in meat cutting, attention to detail, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Precision Cutting Skills : Expertise in the art of precision cutting with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Time Management : Highly skilled in time management and adhering to cutting procedures in a fast-paced setting.
• Customer Service : Since this position is guest-facing, excellent customer service skills are a must.

Key Qualifications :

• High-Volume Kitchen Experience : Previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment is essential.
• Tenure : A strong work history with demonstrated tenure in previous cutter positions.
• Problem-solving : The ability to think on their feet and solve problems quickly and effectively is important.
• Positive Employment History : A positive employment track record with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
