Typical equipment includes floor scrubbers, sweepers, handicapped carts, checkout lanes, paint shakers, and other commercial machinery found in large retail and industrial locations.
Responsibilities also include installing and servicing grease containment units used with deep fryers. A valid driver’s license in good standing is required, as the role involves regional travel using a company vehicle.

Primary Responsibilities : - Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on light industrial equipment. - Conduct on-location preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Inspect, test, and listen to machinery to identify malfunctions. - Dismantle machine parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other issues.
- Install new or repaired parts; clean and lubricate machinery components. - Organize repairs and maintenance in similar locations to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts, supplies, and daily activities. - Submit daily work orders, agendas, timecards, and parts orders.
- Treat company equipment responsibly and follow preventive maintenance guidelines. - Travel up to an average of 300 miles per day.
- Regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 100 pounds. - Handle exposure to moving mechanical parts, electrical shock risks, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals.
Qualifications -High School Diploma or Equivalent required -Technical Certification or Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance, or a related Field (Preferred) -Minimum of 3 years of Experience in Diagnosing, Repairing, and Preventative Maintenance on -Light Industrial Equipment.
- Experience in Performing On-Location Repairs -Experience in using Diagnostic Tools and Software to Identify Issues -Ability to Read and Interpret Technical Manuals, Schematics, and Blueprints.
- Competency in using Hand Tools, Power Tools, and Precision Measurement Tools. -Ability to Regularly Lift and / or Move up to 50 Pounds and Frequently Lift and / or move up to 100 Pounds.
- Capable of handling exposure to moving mechanical parts, electrical shock risks, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals.
- Must be able to travel up to an average of 300 miles per day. -Excellent attendance and dependability. -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with state and federal regulations. -Availability for weekend and after-hours work, including emergency call-outs.
