Position : Outside Sales Representative - Tampa
We are looking for an experienced English / Spanish bilingual outside sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying and qualifying leads, and closing sales.
Location : Tampa, FL
Salary Range : Base salary plus commission - $70,000 to $120,000+ annually.

Description :
The Sales Representative is responsible for showing, demonstrating and selling products and services to existing and potential customers.
This position also facilitates customer service best practices and resolves customer service issues.
This is an outside sales position, working primarily in the field and from home. Primarily responsible for building, growing, and maintaining customers in the Tampa Bay area and surrounding counties.
Physical demands : sitting; standing; walking; talking; hearing; listening; prolonged viewing of computer monitor; use hands and arms in reaching, handling or manipulating objects or controls;
occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
Work environment : indoor / outdoor work environment; minimal to moderate noise level.
Candidates must consent to and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and credential verifications as conditions of employment.

Outside Sales Representative for the Tampa Bay area.
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
Estimate or quote prices, credit terms, and approximate delivery dates.
Consult with clients after sales in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Prepare estimates and bids that meet specific customer needs.
Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
Qualifications :
Associate Degree and one (1) year sales work experience OR High School Diploma / GED and two (2) years sales work experience.
Proficient in both English AND Spanish.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
Good organization skills prioritize work assignments and manage work time.
Use of computers, computer operating systems, software programs, and the Internet.
Preferred Qualifications :
Two (2) years sales work experience in the meat industry and / or seafood industry.
