Toyota of Orland Parts Department is growing and we are in need of an additional Parts Counterperson.
The ideal candidate must have dealership experience, enjoy working in a fast pace environment, effectively be able to multitask during busy times, have excellent communication skills as a large part of our business is to outside of dealership customers, have an energetic work ethic and able to bring a friendly and happy personality to our work environment.

This is a Tuesday thru Saturday position with Sunday and Mondays off.

Responsibilities
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers
- Provide high level service to both internal and external customers
Pull / fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and prior parts experience (preferred)
Ability to complete tasks while working independently
Available to work on Saturday
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
