We are managed by the Southeast's premiere hospitality management company, Coral Hospitality.
We are hiring for a Thursday-Sunday PM Park Custodian within our Park Services Department.
Summary : Under the direct supervision of the Parks Manager, this position ensures clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of Unicoi Falls State Park & Lodge Public Areas.
Essential Functions :
- Cleans Comfort Station floors including sweeping, dusting, and mopping
- Empties trash receptacles
- Cleans restrooms thoroughly, including washing sinks, toilets, urinal, exposed pipes and doors
- Cleans men / women locker rooms toilets, sinks and mop floors
- Restock all supplies
- Follows all Lost & Found procedures with guest items left behind
- Reports damage immediately to Parks Manager and follows Engineering reporting procedures
- Education and / or Experience : High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel;
reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell.
