This is NOT an entry level position. Must possess at least 5 years of experience and live within a reasonable distance of St.Petersburg FL.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a plumber and drain cleaner. We are seeking a team player who is ready for the next step.

The candidate for this position should possess solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work unsupervised. The Plumber / Drain tech plays an important role in maintaining our 5-Star Service and must be able to work effectively with other technicians to diagnose and fix issues.
Must be able to work by themselves and be able to troubleshoot in a fast paced service environment.
Be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Responsibilities :
- Understand the basic concept of plumbing.
- Understand the basic concepts of physics such as gravity, force, energy, and momentum.
- Be able to read blueprints and schematics to determine appropriate methods for repairing broken pipes.
- Be able to solve problems using available resources.
- Follow plumbing codes and protocol.
- Be willing to accept responsibility for their actions.
- Know how to use multiple jetters and heads.
- Flex shafts / snaking
- Roof clean out and pull toilet / reset cleaning.
For the CSR / Dispatch role
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Familiarity with Service Titan
- Be willing and available to take on rotating on call schedule on weekends.
- Understand how to follow a script, show empathy and build rapport with customers.
- Experience with AR preferred.
