Everyone needs a little time off and you’ll have 20 hours of PTO after 60 days of employment plus an additional 3 paid holidays.

After your one-year mark, you’ll receive an additional 30 hours of paid time off and you can use that time off in any way you see fit.

Job Duties and Qualifications :

• 3+ years of crew leadership experience.
• DOT certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage 3 4-man crew and complete daily routes in a timely manner;
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment in a professional and safe manner.
• A valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to train and communicate effectively with crew members.
• Must be willing to work outside in the elements (Heat, cold, and sometimes rain).
• Available to work Monday through Friday.
• A positive attitude with the drive and desire to be the absolute best in the business and get paid to outperform our competition.
