We’re looking for an experienced HR Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for providing support to the shoreside Princess Cruises Human Resources Partner team.
Performs a variety of moderately complex HR tasks. Routinely processes and analyses HR data and verifies information. Actions people related administrative activities in collaboration with brand and shared services.

Responsibilities
Responsible for administration of employment-related activities and data to support, pre-employment, onboarding, employee changes, terminations and post-employment activities.
Contractor tracking and employee life cycle administration.
- Coordination of various cross functional Human Resources projects and initiatives such as reorganization activities, performance management, talent reviews and survey activities but not limited to these initiatives and programs.
- Maintains tracking systems and files. Organization and maintenance of shared folders for increased collaboration.
- Reporting on HR-related data, raising awareness of inconsistent or trending items.
- Responds to basic inquiries from employees or managers, applying company policy and researching when necessary. Escalates inquiries when appropriate.
- Supports various administrative duties including scheduling meetings for Sr. Director and VP of HR.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 : Work, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Teams.
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management Systems, Oracle HCM preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytics skills.
- Demonstrated experience in effective partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (., H-1B status).

- Base Hourly Range : $21.11 to $28.51. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
