Job Description
An aerospace employer is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team. This will be a remote role but will require this person to travel to their company headquarters in East Hartford, CT once per quarter.
This Full Stack Software Engineer will be part of the applications team working directly on company Digital Transformation efforts.
This person will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions using Microsoft based technologies such as .
NET, C#, SharePoint, , React, Typescript, T-SQL, Web APIs, Azure, SQL Server, and related tools. They will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications that follow best practices and design principles, while refining project requirements and specifications.
They will also be responsible for conducting code reviews to ensure team members adhere to specific standards and practices, and overall will help by providing technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
They will need to create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, test plans, and user guides. This resource will collaborate in a Lean and Agile team structure to further development, design, testing, implementation, and overall support for technical solutions.
This individual should have strong critical thinking skills, be a self-starter, and have strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with various team members.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience as a .NET Full Stack Software Engineer
Experience developing applications on .Net, Office 365, SharePoint, PowerAutomate / PowerApps, MS Dynamics, and / or related Microsoft technologies
5+ years of experience with Microsoft BI tools including PowerBI, Power Automate, SSAS, QLIK, and / or SSIS
Deep database understanding of SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Oracle, and / or RDS
2+ years of experience with cloud services and / or architecture with Azure or AWS
Additional experience with JavaScript, React, Angular, C#, and / or
