Supply Chain Coordinator

Your Responsibilities May Include :

• Deliver Supply Chain Management (SCM) services :
• Key Interface function as key liaison for assigned categories to provide active solutions to business needs.
• Strategy Development & Plan lead development of sourcing strategies and tactical execution plan for assigned categories.
• Review key category & market factors to determine optimal sourcing strategy
• Develop work plans and landmark schedules
• Integrate plans and schedules with business needs to enable on-time execution.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement and market intelligence practices to drive efficiencies and cost reductions.
• Invoice Management Help facilitate invoice discrepancies and develop solutions for vendor accuracy and payment.
• System Integration- As anticipates NexGen ERP, support team in system transition and implementation.
• Sourcing / Negotiating / Contracting
• Sourcing develop bid tenders & negotiation templates and lead efforts to solicit commercial offerings. Lead ad hoc and emergency requirements.
• Contracting negotiate and maintain contractual terms and conditions utilizing Master Service Agreements (MSA's), Purchase Orders (PO’s), Outline Agreements (OLA’s) and other contractual terms and conditions as necessary

Required Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience in supply chain management
• Intermediate level of proficiency conducting RFP’s, sourcing evaluations, and post-award contract management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualification :

• 5 years of supply chain management experience supporting upstream oil and gas
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related technical discipline
• Intermediate level of GEP experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency in technical and commercial analytics and evaluations
• Actively seeks out diverse people and organizations to collectively achieve business goals
• Transmits information so it is received and understood in the way it was intended
• Proven ability to implement plans; effective organizational skills
• Ability to understand business needs and handle supply chain activities
