LEUCA is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale.
Leuca offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ideal Candidates :
- Prior experience as a line cook, a true self starter.
- Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
- Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
- Are well versed in restaurant operations, food handling and safety.
- Support their fellow cooks and contribute to leading a team in a busy atmosphere.
