About the Internal Medicine Physician Role :
- 15-22 patients per dayif you see 25 pts a day plus nursing home rounding, you can make 300k yr
- Option to do nursing home
- 45 minute new patient visits, 15 min follow ups, 30 minute annual exams
- Mostly ages 10 and up
- Option for 32 hours a week 4 day work week or 40 hours / 5 day work week
- 1 : 6 weekend call
- 60% commercial payor patients, 40% medicare
