Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent individual for an in-office position. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a demanding workload.
This role requires keen attention to detail, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and an ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Strong analytical skills and the capacity to retain complex information are crucial for success. This position primarily involves the efficient processing of client requests.
Responsibilities :
- Scanning incoming mail and documents from courier
- Binding documents for client shipment
- E-filing documents through the Texas E-filing system
- Duplicating CDs and DVDs
- Transferring CD / DVD data to the company server
- Shipping documents using FedEx software
- Collaborating with remote team members via Outlook or Teams
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Prior production experience in litigation support or records retrieval (Required)
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the Texas E-filing system (Required)
- Experience with MetaRecords (preferred)
