Position : Warehouse Associate
Location : Honolulu, HI
Pay : $16 to $18 / hour (depending on experience)
Experience : 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse role preferred
Education :
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift certification preferred (we will provide certification if needed)
Type : Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description :
- Unload, inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices
- Sort and place materials or items on pallets, racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards
- Accurately pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements
- Ensure orders are properly labeled and securely packed to prevent damage during transit
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile with the inventory management system; report discrepancies or issues such as damages, expired, or low stock conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions
- Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues; ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Comply with company policies and regulations regarding warehouse operations

- Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods
