Dispensing Audiologist for an ENT Medical Practice

North Valley ENT is an established practice in North Phoenix and Glendale and is searching for an experienced Dispensing Audiologist.

This position will support our clinics with diagnostic testing, hearing aid consultations, dispensing and follow-up.

Must be proficient in computers and typing. Must have excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Master's degree in Audiology required, Doctor of Audiology, (Au.D.) preferred
  • Current Arizona Audiologist license (eligibility is acceptable)
  • Clinical experience preferred
  • Experience with hearing aid servicing, including evaluation, dispensing and fitting preferred, but will consider a candidate who is willing to learn.
  • Independent and self-motivated

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conventional audiometry (pure-tone and speech) pediatric to adults, VRA,CPA
  • Immittance testing (tympanometry, acoustic reflexes and decay), OAE
  • Hearing Aid recommendations, dispensing and fitting based on patient needs
  • Accurate documentation and billing for services rendered
  • Problem solve and work efficiently independently in an organized manner
  • Work well with other physicians, staff, and team members
  • Generate referrals from physicians and patients
