Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire and train the right individual for our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position.
Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to both our new and current customers.
Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.
Base Salary of $38,000 to $42,000 based on experience, with monthly bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office by appointment , in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Provideexceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirement
- Colorado Insurance Personal Lines license is a bonus, we will assist in getting licensed.
- This is an in office position.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
